I received an almost similar e-mail on 17th Oct 2009, subject: Shell Promo by Dr. (Mrs.) Lynda Johnson. The message saying I won prize money of Five Hundred Thousand British Pounds Sterling for the 2009 International E-mail Draw which is organizes by Shell Petroleum Development Company and it has to be claim within 7 days. The address of the sender is Shell U.K.Limited, Shell Centre, London SE1 7NA, phone +[protected]
Do you believed it, I don't.

got sms in my mobile that i had won750, 000 GBP in the shell profile award draw and was told to furnish them with my name and country.is this award true? my number[protected]

On the 19th of June 2009 I received an sms saying that I had won GBP650, 000 in the 2009 Shell Petroleum International Mobile Award in the UK. I was asked to forward my name and cell number to [protected]@live.co.uk, which I promptly did. I have not received any correspondence since.
Please let me know if I really won something.
