[Resolved] Supranet — Kindly Beware | |
I recently enrolled myself for an assignment of Data conversion with the firm called Shipranet in Munirka, South Delhi. I registered with a fee of 1500, signed a small contract ( which was shady since no real firm gets contracts signed on photocopied Stamp paper [this was an option]). I however payed an extra 50/- bucks (for a real stamp paper) and completed the work with severe proof reading within the stipulated time offered (2 weeks). The report of the work read: Work has not done according to technical specification. Result: Work is rejected, because quality is very poor. This report dose not mention the details of the errors, the technical specifications were followed as per the guidelines to the core, as i am extremely well versed with Microsoft Word. I assume the money will be forfeited since that was a condition and i wont fight that. However i caution students and any other people who might take up this job with this firm.Although the decision of the firm is final (as per the 'contract' this is clearly a scam. The loop holes were not so visible till i read other complaints (about similar firms) and since i really wanted this assignment to work out. A firm that provides a Grammatically Incorrect report with no mention of the real errors is not a report but a confirmation of guilt. SAVE YOUR MONEY, stay away from such firms . I encourage people to come forward and report such happenings. If I am incorrect help me correct this fault of mine or else we should all help others from losing money over such Garbage scams. i was making up my mind to call shipranet but thanks 2 u for your feedback.its really appreciating for people who come forward with their experience and help others make the right decision

maine shipra net se typing work liya tha 2.4.2010 ko aur use 12.4.2010 ko complete karne ke baad phone per Mr. Rupesh se baat kar li thi ki main ise email se submit kar raha hoon kripya pahle paanch page check kar le taki agar koi mistake ho to main ise re-submit kar dunga kyonki mere paas abhi char din ka samay tha parantu Mr. Rupesh ne hami to bhar di parantu mujhe mistake nahin batai jo ki minor se thi. Aur jise maine count kiya to pata chala hain ki meri 90% kam sahi hain uske bavjood bhi usne mujhe na mere deposit kiye hua paise diyen hain na hi jo work maine kiya hain uske paise diya hain main bhi shipranet se sataya hua hoon mujhe bhi same result diya tha Mr. Rupesh ne
Respectfully, the following few lines are hereby submitted at your good honour for your kind consideration and taking action against the cheated company.
a) Shipranet is company in Munirka who provides work (converted the PDF file in Microsoft word) after taking Rs 1500/- as a registration charges. On[protected] I had taken and covered under their registration no. RO-155. (Scanned copy attached).
b) According to their term sheet signed between Shipranet and me, I had received PDF files containing 74 pages through mail. Out of 74 pages I had typed 50 paged in Microsoft word (according to term sheet) and sent back to Shipranet through mail within 14 days time. For this work they have to paid me Rs 2,000/- (Rs 40/- per page). I also spent Rs 250/-on taking print out of 50 pages.
c) I mailed 50 pages to them on Apr 22, 2010 at 8:06 PM through mail. This mail was not bounced. Before sending this mailed I contacted Mr Rupesh (employee of Shipranet) over telephone and explained regarding my work and mail.
d) Thereafter no response has been received from Mr Rupesh nor their company. After four days I again contacted them over telephone & they told that my work not received in their company computer. I am really shocked and then I personally approached them in their office but they ignored me and told me that my mail is not received by them.
e) I demanded my money (Rs 1500/-) which was deposited as a registration charges totally refused to returned the same from Mr Rupesh.
f) After lots of telephonic conversation and personnel liaison no fruitful response has been received from them. Then on[protected] I lodged a RTI complaint (copy of my letter dated[protected] is also attached) to their Shipranet Company at Munirka through Registered Post. A copy of post office slip is enclosed for your reference as confirmed by postal authority.
g) Till date I am not getting any their response from them.

In the end I am submitting my humbly request to your good honor to interfere in the matter and get me justice from defaulter company.
