I am raghav tare. my booking id is 70000082. I agree that shop today dosent deliver on there promises which there sales and marketing team does when the call up people for selling the holiday vouchers
Hi I’m Bhargav residing in Bangalore. On December 27th, 2010, for Rs. 7999/- I was promised a holiday package and a Sony home theater as a promotional offer. It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd January, 2011 which did not happen. No one picked up calls and I wrote a mail titled "Package Promised but Not Delivered, No Response. Suspect SHOP TODAY for CHEATING/FRAUD" to 'jairash.[protected]@shoptoday.co.in' with CC to their partners 'CCAvanue'. I received a few calls and on Jan 10th, 2011, was the last correspondence I received from Jairesh promising action within 24 hours. That was the last I heard from him.
Few days of trying to reach them finally got through the customer service number and I was told by the rep that Jayesh will call me back but no response since. And I learned that my case was put on HOLD and I requested them a refund which they offered me on the 10th. I wrote another mail and no response yet. My daughter’s birthday was on the 25th of January and she missed out on a couple of gifts I promised. My wife is not too happy either that we were fleeced. Its the 27th Jan 2011 now and no response yet.
As I wanted to speak with other higher ups other than Jairesh, I was told their bosses were holidaying in Australia. There is no one I could speak with in Shop today. And if asked any proof, if Shop Today says I am Lying, well I can provide you with all details. Let me know if order number is required.
I call for any Ideas, help, and support from other customers who faced similar problem and try and find a solution and set an example so as INDIANS we are not taken lightly and take if as a ‘Chalta Hai’ attitude like the various Scams we keep having, as Delhi, as Noida is so close, is so well known for the Scams...hello Mr. Suresh Kalmadi…… And families don’t get the same treatment that I did. And matters involving Family, well u r damn right, It is personal.

A Fruad Company imdeed I booked in Dec 2010 til date I have not received my voucher nonody s receiving the calls the Noida Office numbers as if have put my calls on filter it rings an dthen disconnects immediately They took some 20 reference from me promisg me some gifts and now my frined are on my neck.
If you Shop Today is truely a brand call me and clear my issued 3 of my friend booked becuase I recomended and now they and laughing at me.

After booking package with false commitment, they do not refund or do not attend the calls.
Please improve the services. Dr. Dhanyakumar Kole's case is still pending and not yet resolved. They just keep watching whether anyone has put the comment on Consumer forum and do not have courtesy to call the customer for resolving his/her case.We have been cheated by their executive and we are asking for refund of 1 package amounting 7, 999.00 out of 2 (paid Rs. 14, 998.00)which we have booked, they are saying that it is non refundable.

I am Raghav Tare. My compalaint is not yet resolved fully. I have asked for a fresh booking on Feb 02, 2011 but there is no responce as of know. The customer care number is always busy and there is no body to attend the phone. I have few mobile numbers for the shop today employees but most of the time they also dont answer the call. Ashish from shop today has assured me that he I will get the booking for goa, lets wait and see.. Further I have not asked any of my friend to take a hoilday voucher. So please not make any false comments.
Kind request to shop today - please look into my booking status on an urgent basis and respond to me me.

Shop Today company representative gies over commitment and do not fulfill the same. The response from them is useless and they do not attend your calls. They are very much busy in calling new customers and in case any customer executive attends your call, he will keep you giving false promises. As they are not responding in time, we have approached even their one of the Senior person whose mail id is jairash.[protected]@shoptoday.co.in and understood that he is one of the senior Director.
A team of Ashish Dagar, Rohit, Rahul Srivastav, Yogesh Chouhan, Raman, Vishal all from Shop Today group keeps calling different customers and oce the payment is mad, either they do not respond n time or keep watching the comments put in consumer forum.
We sincerely request all customers to be aware before booking Shop Today's package. They have also floated few positive mails on Consumer complaint site with different names and surprisingly all are from same mail id. We have started doubting the integrity of the organisation.

Yes!! It is Fraud!!
I got a call from Ashish in Dec 2010, Offering Rs.3999/- Package for Holiday of 2 nights 3 days! Booking ID11000055.
I found it Interesting coz they were giving a Gift along with voucher, I bought a Package of Rs.3999/- in Dec-2010 and made a payment by my HDFC credit card.
After 20 days I received Reebok Wrist watch and ackonwledgement letter which has to be sent back to company for confirming address. I Posted the same on the same day I received it. Its been 1 and half months now I have not received any voucher!!
I called so many times to these numbers[protected].[protected], but hardly these numbers are working! and I never received proper response from any of the execitive..!! I sent mails to [protected]@shoptoday.co.in/ [protected]@shoptoday.co.in and [protected]@shoptoday.co.in and did not receive any reply...
Whenever I call and number works- I kept asking for Ashish who sold me this ridiculous package! but he never came on phone...while selling it he used to call me twice a day! and I referred my Friend also to buy it...In fact I referred 5-6 friends of mine to buy it since Ashish promised me that if I refer more that 3 people then in 2-3 days he will send me a HP mini Laptop! But when Ashish turned back on his promise I informed all of my friends not to buy it.
Now 10 days back my Wife called on these numbers & a executive called Kunal picked up the phone and spoke ridiculously with my wife! he said he never received acknowledgment letter & until he receives the same he cant send voucher!
I called him after sometimes and mast gaali maara...then his tone changed!
Next day my wife called again and asked for Ashish and finally after 1 and half month Ashish came on phone and spoke with my wife. He apologized for Kunal`s behaviour and said Kunal is been fired from the company that day itself!!
He said he received the acknowledgment letter & apologized to delay and said he will send the Voucher that day itself & replied on our mail too that it will be there at our door step within 7 days! this reply I received from him on 2nd feb 2011.
Its been 10 days now and I have not received any voucher yet!!
Today I mailed again and asked Ashish if I don't receive it within next 10 days then I will go to Consumer court!!
