[Resolved] ShopClues — It always shows procurement delay

I had ordered one mobile in shopclues on 17th june and order id is 4430979. But still there is no status for this product. It always shows procurement delay. You not able to contact any customer care executives or any other persons regarding your purchase. I have never seen like this shopping website. Not able to cancel that order too. I have ordered a product from Shopclueson 20 May. I have already paid the money. But now the status is showing like "Procurement Delay-Searching For Alternate". My order ID is[protected]. Will I get the product? or How can I cancel the Order?
