I had bought nokia cs-17 data card ,order number 2818921 through Shopclues.com and made my payment through SBI with an amount of 1599.
Company had given 10 days return/money back policy..The device sent to me was not in working condition so i immediately logged a call to customer care.I also given mail to the customer care..since then they are making fool to me.
several mailing communication done but of no use..Phone call/Email also put no effect..now they are not receiving my phone call.so i am loosing my money again to get replacement /refund.Pls take action against this cheating and penalise the vendor for mental harassment..I want my money back.
I had given 2 reminder mail stating that if you won't take action I can take legal action to you however they are not respoding and keeping mum.
