Seems your technical glitch works only when the amount is to be debited from your end. Its over 2 MONTHS now and your technical glitch remains the same and no refund has been credited to my account. would you be kind enough to update on this technical glitch and confirm when can be the transfers initiated.

Similar case happened with me, they have also done the same thing with many customers I believe.
Finally after waiting for almost a month and half I have filed a complaint here.
