Shopping. Indiatimes.com — Missing product part and really bad product | |||
had ordered a touch screen phone a month back from indiatimes. Phone is really bad quality. The touch screen doesn't work. the stylus is missing from its slot. Despite repeated complaints they are yet to provide a resolution. They just keep saying they are checking with their vendor. Its a month since i made the payment. we have exchanged 10 mails . everytime a new customer representatiive writes a standard mail that they are checking with their vendor and will revert in 48 hours. its already 3 weeks.
