I ORDERED A REVOLVING SPICE JAR FROM REDIFF SHOPPING ON 21ST JAN THROUGH ORDER NO.7711533,FIRST OF ALL THERE WAS DELAY IN DELIVERING THE ORDER FROM COMPANIES END AND SECONDLY WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDER ON 29TH JAN 2013 ONE JAR OF THE SET WAS BROKEN, I TRIED CALLING REDIFF CUSTOMER CARE WHICH WAS NOT REACHABLE,FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH ON 30TH JAN AND I WAS INFORMED TO SEND THE PICTURE OF THE BROKEN PRODUCT AT CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID.I SENT THE SAME AND AFTER A DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM REDIFF TO DISPATCH THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE VENDOR AT MY COST.
