Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased hat the product The Children's English Learner Laptop as a new year gift for my child. The product & shopping details are as follows
Product Title 1011 laptop delivered for Transaction #[protected] for which the Order Approval Dt was 27/12/2008.
To my utter dismay the kids laptop was not working.
Feedbacks were posted on the company website but there was no revert. Mails were also sent, calls made to the company but there is no response.
It has been very bad experience with the first internet shopping I have done.
