HI Details of the product that I ordered Order Number : [protected] Merchant Name and Number : Circonia(101603) Item Number / Product Number : 2732724 Item SKU No : CH016 Item Title : Li Xin 5800 Dual Sim 3.0" PDA GSM Smartphone with TV Complain ticket ID is - 1309 (Done by calling the customer support) My Complain: I had ordered the Mobile phone "Li Xin 5800 Dual Sim 3.0 PDA GSM Smartphone with TV".The Mobile that has been delivered to me dosent have TV feature.The Item that i booked had TV and many features like MP4 recording and 3GP player but these features were missing in the product delivered to me.So I want to return the Product back to Indiatimes.com and get the money back.This is the kind of cheating with customer and which cannot be tollerated.kindly take action immediately. Its been more than 48 hrs since made the compaing by calling your customer service .No Action has yet been taken on my complain.
