Hello Mr Shantanu, I have a complaint against ur manager and staff working at ur showroom based at C.P. Actually i bought a handbag from ur place and want to exchange it, first time ur staff sitted at main counter ground floor told me yes u can replace with some thing, that time i was unable to select anything ,bcoz that was not fulfill my purpose, so the same person told me that u can come next sunday we will replace it.ok.. with d same concern i reached there and asked to change my bag. but ur staff specially Mr KALYAN, AVIK, ARVINDO treated very very badly with me,even they r not listening properly infect argued with me. The main reason is that i have lost my bill of that bag n they told me that now we cant exchange ur bag........ So, can i ask you i[censored] people are unable to exchange anything , can u told it to ur customer clearly at first time. what it means to call a person at ur showroom n then refuse to do it. you completely wasted my time n money. After this accident you spoiled ur brand image in my mind. i wrote my complaint in ur complaint book with my no.n email address. but still not received any action from you ,,,,, why?
