shree leather — Money swap but we are make to payment by cash.

I brought a shoe from shree leather cnaught palce new delhi. after buy the shoe i was make a payment with my debit card.when later i was checked my account then i was found the money swap from my account but when we are swape card person is said to me your transtion is done so pls make to payment cash and then we are make to payment but when we are cheack my account account was devited i was complaned also in shree leather but he is not giving any response on this subject. Kindly do the need full.
