Builders has taken Rs.10Lacs by cheque against booking of Flat No.203 at their building Mangalmay situated at M G Road, Behinda Kala Hanuman Mandir, Kandivali West, Mumbai - 67. This booking sheet was not shared with me and neither agreement was executed or shared. Now builder is not repaying this amount to me and asking for 24% interest. Also he has commiteed to give possession in August'2011 till date possession is not given to any flat buyer. Also builder is not available on site anytime you visit. FSI offered and charged is having huge difference in amount charged and mentioned in leaflet. This builder is fooling arround with customers.
Also his employee Mr Rajesh Modi is sending dirty sms to buyers and their sopuces. Please initiate necessary action.
