I am a sifi broadband home user. I am using this service since last 6 months. My package is 400 mb free for day and night unlimited downloadding. I tell all of you not to use this service at all. I have many complaints for this service.<br />
1) These peoples simply plays with their customers.<br />
2) Many times in this half year I experienced that their server remains down in the night only where due to my day duty I needs to use internet in night and i come to know that due to server problem I cant use the inetrnet.<br />
3) Whenever I makes a call first of all no one responds to it. Secondly their executives talks like they dont needs the business and simply because they are sitting there so they are forced to attend the call.<br />
4) Even if they submit the complaint no one gives feedback on that.<br />
5) Many times their representative takes renewal ammonut and he never renews the account in 7 to 8 days also. If I am making a call he never picks the call and after so may tries he swith off his mobile.<br />
6) Many times if I want to use the internet always I experiences the server down problem.<br />
Through this complaint I am appealing every one not to use this service. These people are fraud.<br />
The representative has taken Rs. 550/- from me on 20.06.2009 and now its 6 days (26.06.09) he has not renewed my ac. Till the date he kept on telling me that he will renew tommorrow tommorrow and tommorrow, now he is telling that it is not possible and some other resons he is telling. And now at last he has switched off his cell phone so that I should not call again.<br />
If such is the service provide by SIFI BROAD BAND how can we trust on them.<br />
<br />THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING A FOO OF CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. LETS BUOCOTT THIS SERVICE AND TRY OTHER SERVICE. ITS MY APPEAL TO EVERY ONE.<br />

yes you are saying right. sifi broadband in playing a costumer her customer care in not give proper response.
