[Resolved]  Sigma Courier — ICICI Bank Debit Card not delivered

Hi,

I had requested for a new Debit Card on the 28, April 2011, through ICICI Bank because I had lost my Debit Card. ICICI bank informed me that they had dispatched my card on the 30, April 2011 to Sigma Couriers. I have tried contact Sigma Couriers through numerous means to have get my card. Their website does not bring up the AWB # that ICICI bank has provided me, the telephone numbers don't work, they just ring out. The bank has been of no assistance, they just keep telling me to wait for 8 - 10 days for the card to be delivered. I'm pretty sure now that the card will not be delivered. I think Sigma Couriers is a Fly-By-Night operator.What I totally fail to understand is how can such a big bank use such a cheap courier company, they should switch to Blue-dart or Fedex to have their couriers delivered.

I hope that after this complaint Sigma Courier is forced to shut down.
