[Resolved] Sigma Couriers — bank product not delivered saying "consignee shifted" | |||||
Hi, For account in name of my son Parijat Dawn, important document is dispatched by SIGMA COURIER vide ref no SH642837 on 22nd August. Till date not delivered. I personally called the courier at [protected], sent multiple SMS and reconfirmed address, still they did not deliver saying the address does not exist. A sensible product given to a company who can't even trace a simple address where everyday I am receiving multiple couriers!!! And look at this, this courier has confirmed - "consignee shifted" where as I called, rechecked and reconfirmed my address same. We are very much in same address and receiving couriers everyday. Aug 31, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The courier got delivered today - Only because of escalations.
The office people would have shared my number with delivery person but they didn't. Today it got delivered at same address where they earlier did not deliver mentioning "consignee shifted". Sigma Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

MY icici debit card has been not delivered to my address and did not calling our courier boy.Also Sigma Customer care did not receive Call, so please this courier is banned for icici bank.
