[Resolved]  sigmatel fxd s30 mobile — charging problem

1. I bought SIGMATEL S500 a few days back. Initially it worked well, but has a number of persistent problems.
(a) The charger keeps showing "Bad contact charger" intermittently.
(b) The phone develops peculiar tweeks at times. The latest is that its "profile" has suddenly changed to "headset" mode and is not reverting back. So I have to perforce use the headset only.
(c) Though the advertised resolution is 2 Megapixel, actually it is much lesser.
(d) It creates movies in "*.avi" format, however a movie of similar format put into its memory card never runs on the mobile.
2. Can somebody help me out with these problems???

I have purchased a sigmatel FXD S30 Mobile from Home shop 18. I am unable to transfer date either from my mobile phone or from my pc. I have purchased a usb cable. When I fix the same in my pc the message I get is "Bad contact charger" and the phone develops peculiar unbearable sound. Could any one advise solution for my problem?
