But till date no action has been taken by my RO and your office for issuing of revised PPO for LMC. I am facing finincial hardship due to non receipt of pending arrear from 01 Jan2011 to till date.

4. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to take necessary action for clear the outstanding dues and arreas amount be creadited to my pension Acct A/No[protected], SBT Ramankary, Alleppey at the earliest.

Sir,

I am ex-Service man, retired from the Army (Corps of Signals) on 01 Mar 2010.

My Corrigendum PPO Number S/CORR/142441/2011 dated 23 Aug 2011 was issued by PCDA Allahabad.

The Original Corrigendum PPO dispatched to Bank Authorities still not yet received.

The duplicate of the same was received by me on 25 Oct 2011.

Lost/Misplacement Certificate sent twice to PCDA, Allahabad directly by Bank Authorities on 31 Dec 2011 and 09 Mar 2012.

Inspite of regular follow up since 08 months with Signals Records Jabalpur and PCDA, Allahabad my Original / Duplicate Corrigendum PPO not received by the Bank Authorities.

Please take remidial action and arrange to send Duplicate PPO at the earliest.

2 I received my Corrg PPO as mentioned above in respect of Hony Lt for pension, but military service pay (MSP) Rs 6000/-has not been adjusted in lieu of Rs 2000/- (similarly amount has been shown for Commutation and Gratuity also credited less), in view of I am not getting authorized pension for the rank of Hony Lt.
3 You are requested to liaise with the principal CDA (pension) Allahabad for the same to avoid financial loss.
4 Kindly take a suitable action and fwd an acknowledgement receipt as soon as possible. Please an early action is requested.

At the time of retirement I was in med cat P2 (Permt) and no commutation has been given in my original PPO No S/041494/2011 (ARMY). However, arrears of commutation/ gratuity for NB SUB and pension scale have not been updated and released by PCDA (P) Allahabad for which I have handed over corrigendum letter Signals records Jabalpur (MP) on 28 Mar 2012 while I was in Depot Regt, Corps of Siganls for issue of Corrigendum PPO. Accordingly a letter has been initiated Signals Records, Jabalpur (MP) on May 2012 to approach CDA (Pension) Allahabad for issue of corrigendum PPO. My some co- retired pers PPO has already updated and drawing pension on NB SUB scale. My request is that your kind intervention is required towards our Sigansl Records (NER GROUP) to remind PCDA (P) Allahabad to accelarate this process and forward the PPO to our Bank at the earliest.
