[Resolved]  Skoda Fabia — repair of the car

My vehicle was picked up from my house 25 days ago for insurance claim of the door and i was told that the vehicle will be delivered to me in 7 working days but it has not been delivered uptil today. At the time of sale these people treat us very kindly but once the car is sold they just ignore us and there is no responsible person in the workshop as well as in the showroom who could exactly tell me the status of the car .
It is my humble request please do something in this matter as i had faced lots of problems and also suggest me any solution how am i going to get my car as soon as possible.
