Feb 2006 I am suffering from a problem of an Air Conditioner Cooling Fault, outside pollution & bad smell comes inside through AC, I had complaint to Skoda Service Centre, in Silver tone motors OKHLA New Delhi over lots of time, but still no one is handling and Now they say that compressor is not working and it needs replacement and the warranty of same is expired and I have to spend 55, 000/- to get it replaced kindly do the needful to save the goodwill of the company and the so called prestigious customer Was this information helpful? | |

Skoda India — Car sent for servicing not yet receivni led even after a month

I have also faced these problems in my car which has done 16000 KMs.
Horns problem is common and well known to the service centres. BUT IT IS NOT KNOWN TO THE COMPANY ??????
Horns are never available for warrenty replacement also. Is it that I will send my car again to the service centre for horns replacement, which is 70 Kms from my place ???
It is really sad to say that Airconditioner fails to perform if I need to turn the fan speed to no 3 when outside temp is 40 degrees and I am driving on highway also.
I do not feel SKODA will do anything for it In our cars sold by them.
Very poor customer care.
