[Resolved]  skylark express courier — during the transit the courier was open & change the goods in the courier

Sir,

I Send a courier to Kolkata From Jamshedpur by Skylark Courier Company on dated 13.08.2010 vide receipt no 50065427,

In this courier i was send the Branded Shirt (white & Purple Stripe) with a birthday greeting but when the parcel was delivered the receiver of the courier was shocked that no shirt in the courier in other hand any other orange colour T shirt is here in courier, also noted that the courier is slide open in one side.

Please justify me.
