Skype — Automatically credited amount from credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are using skype for making call from abroad. My skype id is besu.subhasish
Thing is that, when a user buy a subscription in skype, it hold credit card information for future use. And if an user want to delete this credit card information, it will show a option to de-active the current subscription. If not deleted then it will automatically purchase the current subscription 3 day prior the end date of current subscription. And here no notification will be sent.

But in my case, I purchased a subscription of 2500 min (using skype id besu.subhasish) for India on 25-Apr-2013. After that I was trying to remove my credit card info but not possible. Even I tried the option to de-activated my current subscription, but here it throw error. On 22-May-2013 a automatically transaction held without giving any prior notification. Transaction details of last 3 months given below.

My first concern, to refund my current subscription amount.
Second, why it will hold personal information like credit card.
Third, why they will not provide any notification for continue the previous subscription?

Please take necessary action the the same.

i have applied for a credit card before one &half month my application ref no 1281478 & 2nd time again complain no is
225973 but now at this movement i have not recd any card so sir can i feel that my application is declined suggest me if the qurrey is under processing plz u can mail me thank
Hi,
I had made a refund request for the same. They have refunded my credited amount. It's OK. They suppose to send a reminder and must be confirm from us before continuing the current subscription. Also it is better to don't save our credit card information unless and until we agree to instruct it anymore.
