I made an order for $10 two times on skype for skype credit through debit card (bank of baroda) in December 2015. The payment was made, $20 deducted from bank account but not credited into skype account still showing pending status of order. approached the bank also but they said they have nothing to do with the skype, the payment has been made through bank and its now skype's responsibility. I asked for help on skype too, they said its bank's problem and they can't really do anything about it.
The order is still pending since December 2015.
Please help me getting my money ither refunded or credited into skype account.
