[Resolved]  SMC — Complaint for commission and brocker code not received

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you for my complaint.

I am having a sub-broker ship in the company in Moradabad. U.P. Here I am facing lots of problems and inconvenience from the company and from the staff from TOP to BOTTOM. All are making fraud and trying to make me fool.

I have made number of complaints for the company which creating NEGATIVE IMAGE of SMC. Following are the points which I am facing from the very first day i.e from feb09 till date.

1- I havent got any sub-broker code till yet after reminding many times.

2- I havent received my brockerage till date of my bussiness.

3- I called to the Delhi office many times to Mr. Amit jain, Ms. Deepti, Ms. Meghna Kalra, Mr. Nitesh garg and to many people from the company. And every time different person having different story.

Moreover the Region head Mr. Amit Jain always says different things to me different times. Firstly he asked me to release my brokerage and asked me to send e-mails to him. I send him the reminder mail. But he did not take care of my problem.

4- When I asked to Mr. Nitesh garg about my brokerage then he told me that the bussiness for which I am demanding brokerage is in DIRECT CODE instead of my name and code. I asked him that how is it possible? then he told me it happens by MISTAKE and can be rectified. After that he confirms it to Mr. Amit jain, he ask him to release the brokage. But till date i havent receive my brokage.

5- When i mail to smc customer care, SMC BDM Mr. Abhishek Agarwal called me on my phone and use abusing words to me, and warned me not to complaint again in his company otherwise he will see me. And he also told me that SMC havent received my documents of sub-broker ship. If it is so then how the company got bussiness from my name.

And when i asked my Brokerage again from SMC customer care he again came to my house at 11.00pm late night. He was fully drunk and use abusing words and then he agrees to realse my brokerage asked me to give documents again. I dont understand that where are my papers ? It was received on 17-02-09 by Ms. Lalita and was despatched by Mr.Akash garg(SRM) from MBD.

6- Now the company told me that Mr. Sharad agarwal and me are brother and sister thats why you dont give my brokerage. I am a married woman from last 12 years, living is Ramnagar and provided Jigar colony address just for easy correspondence. On the other hand Mr. Sharad agarwal joined SMC on 10-02-09 according to you he only works with you for only 2-3 days and I gave on the policy of HIMANSHU HOHAN BHATNAGAR on 18-02-09 App.no.is A19165097. It means if Mr Sharad Agarwal was the non-active employee FROM[protected] then objection of relation between us automatically null and void and how do you hold my brokerage ?

It means in future If I keep on continuing business with you then also, you will not provide me the brokerage.

7- If Mr. sharad Agarwal and me are relatives and HOW CAN YOU RELEASE the brokerage of Mr. SUSHIL KUMAR who is the REAL UNCLE (chacha) of the BDM Mr.ABHISHEK AGARWAL who was appointed by him only for his financial interest. And Mr. AMIT JAIN also knows this relationship very well and how do he release the brokerage of Mr. SUSHIL KUMAR. Because he is the uncle of BDM, or there might be some interest of Mr. Jain also.

8- On more thing you are not providing the IRDA licence, you are just giving us sub-broker code you cant make rules of the own. The's rules are differ from person to person how?

9- We called Mr.Amit Jain many times and send many emails also but every time he told me different story, I THINK THAT SMC DONT HAVE THEIR HOLD ON THEIR STAFF.

10- Sir dont you have records of the business which you are getting from the sub-brokers or from the staff, Then why all the staff members asked me the details of my business again and again from. I think that you dont have proper MANAGEMENT in the company OR you dont care to people from whom you are get business. WHY all the time the executives from Mr.Amit jain to Mr. Abhishek making fool of all sub-brokers from last feburary 09 till date. Do the staff think that we are fools and only they are SMART and INTELLGENT.

11- I am asking you why Mr.Amit jain and Mr.Abhishek doing partiality from me, why they are not releasing my brokerage. Why they always try to make new eligations on me. I am not doing any ILLEGAL activty, I am just need my brokerage.

12- I tried to contact Mr.Abhishek Agarwal many times but he dont gave any proper response to me. I asked him to give MUTUAL FUNDS o[censored]TI conversion to SMC but he dont take any interest either gave any answer to me for the same. Because of Mr. Abhishek SMC has lost the business of mutual funds worth more than Rs.45 LACS in the month of April and May. If you dont trust me then confirm it from Mr. Abhishek Agarwal and from UTI Moradabad branch.

Dear sir if you have time for me then I would like to met you personally and tell you each and every thing that what is going on in Moradabad and what the executives are doing to get business. How they cheated with the clients and how they are making NEGATIVE IMAGE of SMC in the market.

Hope you understand all above and will give me change to meet personally.
