Snapdeal — abrupt cancellation | |||
i had ordered a book on snapdeal on 16-07-13. they informed me that it will be delivered by 22nd. but it was not. when i called on 27th, they told me that the order had gone for cancellation. this was very wrong as i had waited 10 days for the book and this hampered my studies. they should have informed me earlier that they were going to cancel my order. Something of the same kind happened to me as well. I had ordered a Celkon Mobile Phone through Snapdeal.com order no. [protected] for an amount Rs. 11250/- on 08.07.2013. The estimated delivery date was 15.07.2013. But I had not received the product as on 16.07.2013. I mailed them and got the reply that the issue would be resolved within the next 48 hrs (by 18.07.2013). I mailed them back on 18.07.2013 and later they informed my when I called them that the product order was cancelled and the amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days. Now, its been more than the promised deadline and yet no sign of refund. Even, the webpage still shows 'Track your Order' option with the details to track my order.
This snapdeal seems to be real fraud company. Do let me know if you come through any number which could be contacted to get this issue resolved.
