[Resolved] Snapdeal — Broken Jewellery set | |||
I had purchased a jewellery set worth rs. 899/- from snapdeal.com last week. When I received it, I noticed that the jewellery the necklace is broken into 2 pieces. The earring was missing a big stone in it. I was shocked. After ruining my purchases with yebhi and other sites, I was thinking at least snapdeal will be proper considering I have made so many purchases here but no :( When I called the customer care executive Pradeep, he said that the courier person will come the next day and asked me to pack the item as it was and give it to the courier person for reverse delivery. The person has still not come and hence I am not able to send it back X-( I was suppose to wear for a function this weekend but now, I am struggling here to send it back and hoping to get a new piece asap. Dear snapdeal, please consider my complaint (ref no. 162671) and act as soon as possible. I am sick and tired of complaining against these online shopping sites. Was this information helpful? | |||

People from the https://www.consumercomplaints.in team has to send a mail to snapdeal of how shamlessly they are behaving with the customers. The call centre executives are equally disgusting. i don't understand why does it take so much time to do a reverse pickup. When I ordered the product for COD I got it within 3 days and the money was taken, Are you people just greedy for money, don't you have any shame. If that was the case why lure people into giving discounts. Why should the customers go through hell inspite of paying the full amount. I don't understand. I never made you wait for payments, I gave my full co-operation. Then why is it that I have to suffer like this,
I need an explanation for this.
