[Resolved] Snapdeal — Delivered Faulty product | |||
Hi, If anyone seriously looking at the consumer complaint, i request you to please take my complaint with a high priority ... I payed the complete amount of Rs 8299 and purchased a Air cooler on 27th march 2013 and it was promised on the website that it will be delivered in 3 business days but i received the product on 3rd April 2013 in the evening and when we opened the package, we found that the cooler is broken from inside and a broken stand is stuck in the Fan blade inside the cooler so i called the helpdesk and registered a complaint about the faulty product but from past 5 days i just received a call from a person from snapdeal and he asked me to send the pictures of the faulty product or else contact the manufactoring company and then received a call from courier guy and even he asked several questions and he said we are not responsible for this please contact the vendor ... Am fed up of calling them and doing follow up everyday and nothing seems to be working ... Please do something.
