[Resolved] Snapdeal — Misleading the customers | |||
I have ordered Zbel heart shaped pendrive from snapdeal and after 10 days they delivered product, in that there is Locket shaped pendrive and i called customer care and complained and they told to send it back and i waited for 40 days and i did not get any call from snapdeal. i called them for the status of the purchase and now they are telling the product is not available and after 2-3 weeks your money will be replaced. still they have the same photo of Zebel heart shaped pendrive but the product name is different (locket shaped) In online shopping this is misleading customers showing a different image and sending to the customer.
