Snapdeal — No response after sending wrong product

I ordered for dell vostro 1450 and they sent dell vostro 1440 and told they are similar. WTF. And then i bymistake sent the laptop back. Now i am not getting any reply from them . Everytime I call them up, some random call center guy picks and say "we have escalated the issue pls wait" . And it's been 2months . No single proper reply from them.
My complaint number is 421944. super cheaters.
