Snapdeal — Non-receipt of product on time and till date | |||
I bought a product namely SSK 8 inch LED Digital Photo Frame from Snapdeal.com and the estimated delivery date for the product as shown on the site was 24 April, 2013. I ordered this product for a birthday gift for the occasion on 27 April, 2013. However, I did not receive the product till date (29 April, 2013). On calling the customer care and filing a complain (with complain number: 2009248), I was given number of the courier service. I would have rather bought the product on my own and couriered it to the concerned person on my own if I knew that I would have to take the pain of contacting the courier company on my own. I called the courier company and the courier company is not picking up the call. I called the customer care again and they put my call on hold for more than 10 minutes saying they are trying to resolve but I got no answer in the meantime.
