[Resolved] Snapdeal — Substandard non working product | |||
Snapdeal.com I purchased a RO water purifier from snapdeal.com, first i wasn't delivered as promised on time it was delivered 3 days after its scheduled date, later the installation person arrived after follow ups, when the installer came and checked the filter assembly was found not working, when contacted snapdeal i was able to reach their customer care executive after 8 minutes being online later they said quality check of the products is beyond their control, further they asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours to find a solution for the problem, but the installer demanded the installation charges saying the product substandard material in not their responsibility, i was forced to pay. Snapdeal asked me to pay the installation charges for a product which is not working. Beware of such fishy online snapdeals. Was this information helpful? | |||
