[Resolved]  Snapdeal — they 1st delivered wrong product and after that they cancel my order

I have done a order on 8/04/2012 to snapdeal they said delivered the product in next 7-10 days they delivered wrong order to me i have returned it to snapdeal and then don't delivered my product till 25/04/2012 and after that they cancel my order for saying product out of stock.I see the snapdeal site on 28/04/2012 the product is in stock. What the reason behind not deliver my order at right time i have gift to some one now what i said to my coligue.
