Snapdeal — Wrong size products delivery and no action on the complaints raised by me | |||
I had ordered bata sandals of size 7 and Snapdeal sent me sandals of size 5. Similarly I had ordered colors sandals of size 9 and Snapdeal sent me sandals of size 8. Similarly I ordered denim of Adam n'eve brand and Snapdeal sent me denim of low grade brand. I raised the issue to customer care executive and received complaint nos 2163055, 2163078 and 2164446. Snapdeal customer care executive told me that they will arrange the reverse pick up of the wrong products by themselves within 24 - 48 hours and will soon send the right products but there is no action from Snapdeal yet. I informed them twice on phone but there is no action even after 6-7 days. Customer care executives are talking carelessly and the reverse pick up of the products is not arranged by Snapdeal yet. Please solve my problem and initiate a strong action against Snapdeal as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
