Accordingly the vehicle was taken to the work shop on 21.06.2011 and the problem noted vide Job Card No JC-SocMo-GR[protected] dated 21.06.2011. I was informed at around 2pm that the vehicle has been repaired and shall be ready for delivery at 4pm and the expenses payable shall be approx Rs 250/-. I reached the work shop at 6pm and was asked to deposit Rs 645/- wherein Rs335/- was pertaining to the breakdown expences for repair at my residence. When I started the vehicle the red light on the right side of the Meter with a lock was still beaming. I again reported the matter and insisted that the same be set right. After nearly 45 min the problem was overcome and I was told that the vehicle is OK. I had protested for payment charged for breakdown service AS THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TOED TO THE WORKSHOP, but it was all in vain. Today again I faced the same starting problem and had to waste full one hour at the work shop but the problem could not be solved and the vehicle has again been taken for repair.
I would like to place on record my total dissatisfaction at the way the problems are attended to at the work shop making the running of Tata Indiago car very unreliable.It may also be noted that spares of the car are not readily available at the workshop which really surprising and unacceptable. Valuable time of Customer is wasted and his work hampered on account o[censored]nproffessional approach in attending to the problem reported.TATA MOTORS need to take note of the same and take immediate remedial action to retain the confidence of the Customers.
I expect that my complaint will be attended to and responded.
