This is a rebuttal to the anonymous posting made in your consumer reporting website and publication https://www.consumercomplaints.in about Mani India Technologies (P) Ltd and Mani Soft International Ltd. made on the nineteenth day of August 2009 made by Ms. Vanithasre, Legal Assistant of the Company.

Except the fact that we are delivering software services, all the other allegements are fictitious and untrue.
In the event of any unlawful demand by any of our clients beyond the contractual obligations and our company's refusal to cope up with any such unjust demand may come out with such allegations.

Our Goodwill has been acknowledged by every of our clients and is evidenced.

The allegation all about the Genuine and character reference of our CEO is perse false and is a clear libel and amounts to serious Defamation against our CEO and company and you such posting is thereby liable to be proceeded for such negative comments.

As alleged, there is no such suit initiated and pending against our company. We hereby insist you to post this rebuttal immediately and cease and desist posting all such things and communicate this to the anonymous person and thereby importune him to post a 'take back' message in the same website.
Otherwise we will have no choice but to take the appropriate legal steps to enforce and protect our rights including, without limitation, filing claims for his unfair publication of 'trade libel' and 'interference' with our company's business progress.

Such posting amounts to serious Defamation against our company and you are liable to be proceeded for such negative comments regarding the service of our company even though our services and Goodwill were acknowledged by every of our clients and is evidenced.

As alleged, there is no such suit initiated and pending against our company and is perse false. If, Unless he immediately cease and desist all such activities and post a 'take back' message in the same website, we will have no choice but to take the appropriate legal steps to enforce and protect our rights including, without limitation, filing claims for his unfair publication of 'trade libel' and 'interference' with our company's business progress.
