This is a rebuttal to the anonymous posting made in your consumer reporting website and publication https://www.consumercomplaints.in about Mani India Technologies (P) Ltd by the alleged Ex-employee made on the nineteenth day of August 2009 produced by Ms. Vanithasre, Legal Assistant of the Company.

It is wrongful to allege that due to the salary problem 90% of the employees have been resigned from the company and most of the people have arrears of salary which has been cleared by post dated cheques. Such allegement is unprofessional and untoward.

Pertaining to the Provident fund issue, It is clear that the Company is in no way responsible for the laches on the part of the PF office which is a statutory body. Despite that, we provide aids to those employees in getting their Provident Fund amount.

This unproven postings certainly lowers our reputation among other employees and the anonym is responsible for all the consequences and is responsible to post a ‘take back’ message in the same website.
