[Resolved]  Soham Gas Service — Not getting delivery. Getting fake, rude and arrogant answers

I am one of the harassed & tortured customer of SOHAM GAS SERVICE ( A DISTRIBUTOR OF HP GAS ), KOLBAD NAKA, THANE - WEST. I have booked a gas cylinder on 11.09.2009 and got a booking / reference no. 9787. I have been promised that i will get a delivery by 13.09.2009. I did not get delivery till 23.09.2009, so i reminded them accordingly. Then every day they started telling that you will get a delivery by tomorrow. but till this date, i have not yet received the gas cylinder delivery. Whenever we call at their office, they do not pick up the phone calls during office hrs. Their contact nos. are 2547 5154 / 8227 / 3224 / 3225 / 3226. You can call on these nos. in working hrs and confirm the same. Even they attend our calls, then also they use very rude and arrogant language.

We have got doubt that they are selling these gas cylinders to hotels and outsiders illegally.

Now we hope that somebody higher authorities will take a strong action against this distributor.

HP gas(SOHAM GAS SERVICE ,THANE) — HARASSING THE CUSTOMER

I had gone to SOHAM GAS SERVICE for a connection with a paper transferred from yogesh gas service, bandra...
The lady there seemed busy, and told me to and verify the paper from Bandra as it was wrongly printed.I asked her how does she know it was wrongly printed .Her response was because i wanted 2 cylinders and only one was mentioned on the paper, so i asked her to give me one cylinder, and she refused and stuck to her argument of --the paper is wrongly printed.I told her to give me a new connection, to which she said i would have to pay 6000 rupees.i agreed .so she filled a form and told me some one would come for verification.its been a week and no one s come.so i called today and they say you come to the office.I told them i was ther, now why are you calling me--so the reply was to take the connection.so i told them what about verification.. no answer..now they want me to come to the office, when i go there they would want some other paper. for no reson they have told me the previous paper is wrong.
what do they think, we are fools.they are just trying to harrass the customer.isnt it time that India fights against such corruption and the company sees to it that such people are not given gas agencies.they are here to serve the people and not harrass them.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT SOME ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST THE AGENCY

I did not get delivery on 15.09.2009, so i reminded them accordingly. Then every day they started telling that you will get a delivery by tomorrow. but till this date ( 19.09.2009 ) i have not yet received the gas cylinder delivery. You can call on these nos. in working hrs and confirm the same. Even they attend our calls, then also they use very rude and arrogant language.

I have booked seven times from July to August, 2011 and every time they used to say that we have cancelled the booking as it was wrongly booked and used to do fresh booking. Till date I have not got the cylender inspite of my repeated follow up. Now I came to know that they are selling the cylenders in the black market by using the consumers numbers who are iregular in taking the refilled cylenders or who takes refil once in two months.

first of all they got more than 6 telephone numbers and never getting through the line and just ringing ringing and one had to get himself angeredand disconnect the line. If at all they are on the line, the arrogant answer which now forced me to lodge the complaint with HP Gas consumer forum.

Till date they have not supplied the refil cylender and I forced to buy readymade food from the hotel as both the cylenders are empty and find it difficult in getting due to SOHAM GAS SERVICES black market business.
