Dear sir,
I am also sailing in the same boat. I have purchased 20 CDs worth Rs.2000 & a books buddy pack worth Rs. 700 and odd. I received a Rs.5000 worth Surat Diamonds Jewellery voucher. I have sent a D.D. for the Diamond pendant I have chosen from their sent designs. Till now, I have not received the pendant. Then came the booksbuddy pack along with more offers, for which Invoice no. was to be quoted. But the pack did not contain any Invoice no.Now I cannot claim these offers for want of the invoice no. I have tried talking to the no.[protected]. But got vague answers . I have a bunch of mails sent to ITBC, especially to Mr.Dominic Savio. But nothing has come out of it.Now I have decided to cancel the D.D. meant for Reebok shoes promised through Booksbuddy pack.This is just a fraudulent offer.
