I had taken reservation on 16/01/2010 for konark express in 3rd ac category from visakhapatnam to mumbai for 18/01/2010.
my train arrival time is on 10:45pm,i went to station by 10:30 and couldn't found my name in chart,so went to reservation counter for cancellation,they told me that reservation time is up to 10pm only,next day morning again i went to collect my money,
but they told me that after train departure they wont return any money.
in this situation i lost my 1434rupees money with out my mistake.
so please respond to my compliant.
