This has the reference to the Letter dated 14th July 2008 Addressed to Your Kind self , & and an acknowledgement for the same was obtained on 21st July 2008.
Where in I have Given an Application for Transfer of PF Amount from previous PF A/c No AP/13681/3701 to My Present Employer PF A/c AP/HYD/32054/2505.
The necessary Form 13. 3A,5 & 10 were also submitted.
However I regret to inform you till today there is No information from Your End.
I would like to Inform you that My present place of Posting is in Bangalore and I cannot frequently visit Hyderabad.
