Sony Bravia — Malfunctioning of sensor
I am using sony bravia modrl no KLV-32U300A, Srl no 4124551, date of Mfg sept 2007the senser of TV is not working for which i am complaning for long,
unfortunatly the reply from sony india says that this model was not lonched in india,
and sony india will not take any responsibelity.
kindly look into the matter by keeping PRIDE OF SONY in mind.

Sony Bravia — Incorrect contact info
I recently bought a sony bravia, and tried calling the no. listed at the back of the manual and to my surprise not a single phone no. of any city (bangalore, chennai, kolkatta) are working. Spoke to a service centre no. and the no. provided was also incorrect. These ppl totally suck.the have no clue of post purchase cust. service.
