[Resolved] Sony Bravia — Not responding for product complaint it is under warranty | |||
I have given complaint on 07/10/10 ,my complaint no is 6076735. We have purchased sony Bravia in March 2010 and it is showing Black Vertical line in the centre and without pressing remote button it automatically get switched on and off. We don’t want to repair this new Sony TV. We want replacement of this TV with new TV. I request them to change TV as early as possible. but they are not responding not picking the phone. I called them in thier head office also but they are not taking it seriously. KIndly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
