[Resolved]  Sony — poor service providing by service center

I bought two Sony laptop with three months difference. Both laptop screen got spoiled with vertical lines on half the screen exact 15 months from date of purchase. This is some coincidence. Since Sony had 12 month warranty they have refused to service and have been very rude. Even corporate office in US and Japan have not respo fed to complaints

There is no point payo h premium for Sony Laptops with such a poor record of manufacturing defect and poor customer service

Of anyone else have a similar experience pls share

My Heartly Requisted to please Solved my Provlam & Take the Instruction to Service Station for change The LVD of MY Laptop.

LCD Frame of My Laptop has broken .I am trying to note the complaint at your tool free no.- [protected] but the lady available their is not responding properly.I just want to know the price of frame but she is not able to tell us about price also she is not ready to give phone no. of INDORE service centre.Service station of soni at raipur no body help to solve this problem & Seniour persion of service station has told me " We have to sent your laptop to INDORE SERVICE CENTRE & cost will be communicated by Indore Service Center" . Without knowing cost, how can I sent My laptop to INDORE SERVICE CENTER? .Kindly help me ...

i am fed with the service and product provided by sony..
i am fed up with my vaio..it is still in the warranty period and its speakers have already been replaced..now i am having issues with the fan. it gets heated up very quickly. it gets hanged and i am unable to do anything on my laptop
i took it to the service center of vaio in delhi but they say there is nothing wrong with the hardware.
kindly help me..

bought the SONY Vaio laptop for my daughter, s H.S. graduation 6 monthes ago. within 3 months, it just started shutting itself down, and often would not re-boot. 6hours on the phone to tech support in the Phillipines din, t help. sent in to the Texas repair facility, came back with the same problem. Sony won't replace the unit, wondering if it's even worth sending back in. Now, she has no computer to go away to college with in 3 weeks. We paid over$500 for this piece of garbage-model vpceh24fx/b. That model number hardly matters, from what I've since read, all SONY laptops SUCK, as does their customer "Service". DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS!
