To, Sony India I am a customer who given a television to repair in Pentagon Services on[protected] on Job sheet no-BA39198 they are not responsible through my Complaint and when ever i call they tell me we will inform you in two days and they have never called me until once in this 45days please take an action on them and get my tv repaired as early as possible my conatact No:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I AM FROM PATIALA (PUNJAB) AND TODAY 07.02.2015 HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM ( SONY CUSTMOR CARE )... I BOUGHT XPERIA Z2 YESTERDAY HAD A SOFTWARE PROBLEM ... FOR SOFTWARE UPDATION WENT TO CUSTMOR CARE CENTRE THEY RECIEVED MY PHONE TOLD TO COME AFTER AN HOUR THERE TIME WRITEN ON SERVICE JOB SHEET IS 10.A.M TO 7.P.M...AND WHEN I WENT AT 6.PM. TO COLLECT MY PHONE THE SHOP WAS CLOSED AND I WAS JUST OUTSIDE THE SHOP AFTER HALF AN HOUR A WOREK CAME OUT AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE HE REPLIED THAT WE CLOSE AT 6.P.M. AND REFUSED TO RETURN MY PHONE ...TODAYS SATURDAY AND TOMMOROW SUNDAY THAT MEANS ITS HOLIDAY ...I STUDY OUT OF STATION AND TO COLLECT MY PHONE HAVE TO TAKE LEAVE ON MONDAY AND LOSS OF MY STUDY ...SUCH A HARRASMENT NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE ...HOPE YOU DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR ...
