Sony — dealer is not repairing laptop | |||
SIR I HAD PURCHASED MY SONY VAIO FROM A DEALER AT BANGALORE. NOW i AM IN DELHI DOING MBA .mY LAPTOP STARTED CREATING SOME PROBLEM SO I WENT TO AUTHORISED DEALER IN DELHI ie CLUB ELECTRONICSE 25 SOUTH EXTENPART II MKT NEW DELHI110049 ON 1ST SEP2013. . SERIAL NO OF COMPLAINT IS 7017475. ITS WARRANTY WAS TO EXPIRE ON 3RD SEP. SO THEY PROMISED TO REPAIR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT WS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.BUT NOW THEY ARE HARRASING ME.EVERY TIME I CALL THEM ,THEY HV ONLY ONE RESPONSE THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM HEAD OFFICE.MY MBA STUDIES IS SUFFERING A LOT.
