In the year 2009, I bought one LCD Model No. KLV-26S400A which immediately started giving me trouble. It has been taking time to getting switched on. Finally I made a complaint on[protected] vide complaint No. 8164886 and got no response. Thereafter again I made a complaint on[protected] vide complaint No. 8206695.
After six days of complaint, I received a phone call and message that some board needs to be replaced for which I have to pay Rs.7286/- Still from[protected] to[protected]almost 18days) I have not received no information that when my LCD will be repaired and delivered back to me.
I am really surprised that for just a minor complaint SONY takes weeks together. The amount informed me Rs.7286/- is pinching me. If this is the performance of SONY product, I would be better if purchase a new local TV which can come for less than Rs.7286/-
Now as on today almost 25 days has passed and my LCD has not been repaired and returned back to me. I am unable to know that:
1. As to Why my LCD has not been repaired so far???
2. Is SONY is so third class company that it takes more than FOUR WEEKS to repair a LCD.
3. Can I know the name and mobile no. of top man whom I can speak directly.
4. Who will pay to me for the inconveniences caused to me for poor response. Was this information helpful? |
