I gave my phone P1l at Vashi service cernter (Trinity Solutions) on 17/02/2009 and when I was told that they have fixed my phone I went to collet the same without the logsheet. The guy at the counter he snached the phone from my hand and said now even if i bring the logsheet he will not return my cell and he can complaint whomever I wanted. the model of my phone is W350i and its outer flap got broken i like to replace it in pune please suggest me the service centres where i can get it replaced and the price of repair and where i can get the flap
the model is orange black in colour
please do as early as possible

I used a sony ericsson w595s mobile phone. it phone was missused by a monkey so the phone is under repair.I need to get a original housing and some parts for the mobile. I asked your aent for Sri Lanka (metropolitent) they said they do not handle the mobiles that is not yet released in SriLanka.this mobile was purchased in HongKong.
Now i wish to pay any amount to get down parts. So reply me As soon as possible.
