[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — Warranty period not considered

i purchased a W850i on 3rd April 2008. The mobile has suddenly gone blank yesterday and when we approached the service center, they say that the 1 year warranty has expired!! In what way is the 1 year warranty period calculated? As a lay man, we understand one year as 365 days and that leaves me with nearly 25 days of warranty still left... Was this information helpful? I purchased a W580i on[protected], The cell has been caused by erom effect, i have also tried to solve this problem with se tools & far but no results, so i brought it to service center but they are telling that is caused by Water absorption like, but i have confidence i didn't put my cell in water, & it caused by dead erom only, he is telling that its not coming under warranty, we will solve it privately & warranty also will be void like this, please help me, i am sony ericsson fan i have 6 cell phones but it only caused like this please i hope that you will co-operate with us, but i am sure that my cell caused by dead erom only, please do needful,
