I am a sony-ericsson customer. I purchased a sony-ericsson K530i before nine months from rajkot but after 4 months there was a problem in the software and in the charger port it was changed but before some weeks I found the same problem with the charger port. When I visited the service center they are hanging me and telling me about the shortage of the charger port frequently and always telling me to come after a week. Now I am tired of this and I am complaining you about this fault in the customer care of sony-ericsson. My mobile comes under the guarantee period.
