I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

I have purchased Sony Ericssion mobile, module no K550i in the month of Aug’08.
After 3 month my hands free is not working fine.
Hence I gave it to your service centre on 9th Dec’08 they said you will receive by on or before 20 day.
But still date I have made 15 calls to your service centre they are telling that we will give your head set by next week like that they have told so many times and some time they are not responding properly.
I know that Sony Ericssion is such a branded company I never expect this type of service.
I purchased this mobile only to ear the songs because Sony Ericssion is giving such an output but I am unable to ear,
I am very much irate on this. I don’t know where the problem is check and confirm and provide the heads free.

I had purshase a Sony Ericsson handset Model number S302 on 24th Jan 2009 from your athourised dealer HotSpots at Shriram Towers Ashok Marg Lucknow.
Within 20 Days of purshase the Handset has started giving trouble and is not functioning as it is expected to do.
Its not charging and thus I took it to the authorised servise centre and your customer service person after analyzing the defect said IT's NOT REPAIRABLE.
I thereby request you to REPLACE my handset is NOT REPAIRABLE.

dear sir,
i purchased a sonyerricsson mobile model no. z520i having imei/esn no. 357206001052028 some two years ago. in this two year i have experinced display problem thrice and replaced the flex as advised by the service personnel thrice, each time paying one thousand and odd amount. to add to my owe the service centre namely matrushakti enterprises, at.- budharaja, near jagannath temple, sambalpur-768004, orissa misplaced my sim card on 23/06/08 due to sheer negligence which put me not only in financial loss but harrassment and great problem. the flex changed did not last for six months. again when i had been to that service centre to replace the flex again on 10/02/09 i did get very rough behaviour and indescent reply from him. i again had to pay and replace the flex as i can not throw the set for which i had to pay 10, 000 at that time. now i have no faith in sonyerricsson and i betray it. i always distract people going for sonyerricsson. it should do some miraculous and strive hard to get customer satisfaction and to retain its share in the competitive market.

I have purchased one K530i mobile set on 25/01/2009. It turns dead on 27/01
/2009. Set was purchased from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga, VIP Road, Kolk
ata. On contacting your toll free mobile Number as given in booklet they have advised me to handover the set to Sony Ericsson authorised service centre Babli Media, 106A, Raja Dinendra Street, Shyam Bazar, Kolkata .
.Accordingly I have handed it overon 31/01/2009. They after check up said that it has to be upgraded and within half an hour it will be set right. But They could not repair the fault and told me that on next moday i.e. on 02/02/2009 it will be made OK by their servicing Engineer. On that day I contacted your said authorised Service Centre. They told me that motherboard of the set has to be replaced and the said mobile set has been sent to your serive centre loacated at 4th flr, Dhaka House, 28/17, WEA Karolbagh New Delhi-110005 and the same will be given by next friday i.e. on 06/02/2009. Oncontacting on that very date, your service centre at Kolkata are now telling that it will be given next wednesday i.e.on 11/02/2009 My question is why I should suffer for not keeping word by your service centre ?
What is time limit for changing motherboard ? I am facing great trouble in making telephone. I request your goodself to please interefere in the matter and ensure making my new mobile set OK and /or repalce the set or refund the money within a fortnight towards redressing my grievance on this score as early as possible.

Myself Ajitesh, Advise you please not to buy SONY ERICSSON cell phone . If you buy after my good advise you will remember my words and hope no one help you on the same because the responsible person and service centre of sony never accept any kind of problem & fault by there product . So you need to pay equal amount of cell phone cost just for repair in local markets . So please if you have more money donate to needy person rather than buying sony cell phones. If a single person will not buy with my advise i will thankful to god atleast i save the precious money of a ood person.

I bought a Sonyericsson F305 in Wave tell Chennai. I got display problem in it..(i.e) some times screen will go bright ant automatically it will disappear..To solve this problem i went to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED which is located in Nungambakam Chennai.. they solved the problem and then created a new problem.. i mean they broke up the camera button.. since they don't know how to handle that phone they done this... now i am making ti ready in some Sonyericsson authorized service center they been doing that with a pay...and then they telling me to wait for 15days... can u please sent the required parts soon to ur service centers Pls

Thanks for the concern on your customers, TODAY i received a call from the cservice center ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, Greams Road 600006.Stating that "you have received a replacement for your mob W760i".They are Insisting me to get C702 instead of W760i.I an confused why my WALKMAN series mobile to be replaced with a CYBERSHOT mobile.I am not contented with it.I wish it would be better if i am provided with Sony Ericsson's Chennai branch MANAGER nos.If i dont get a consoling reply for my problem.my further steps would be severe.My next step would be in filing a case against the SONYERICSSON COMPANY, For the INCONVENIENCE, MENTAL STRESS, TIME DELAY, incurred to me due to the above case.

I have bought sony k530i on 29/08/08 from Spice Communications, Gurgaon. I have given my handsfree for replacement to your service station i.e. Tele Gizmos, Sector - 17-18, T-Point, Opp Air Force Station, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on 09 Feb'09. They told me that my handsfree will be replaced latest by fifteen days. When i went to them on 24 feb'09 they tole me that they haven't received the replaced handsfree till yet and said Even there are no chances that my handsfree will be replaced in two months as they are not receiving the replace handsfree from someone called "Solara". Now i just want to say that whenever i'll get my replaced handsfree becoz it is now 16th day nd i haven't got any satisfied response from your side. Either send my handsfree at the service centre or please call on my no. from where i have to collect the replaced one. Waiting 4 ur quick response...

charger the bit that the charger goes into comes out with it and it goes back in.

Hi,
My name is chandra mohan leaving in Chennai (India) i bought Sony Ericsson W380i 2 weeks back. AM facing the problems with phone, the phone feature in the catalog it says 1.3 mp camera, whereas it has only 1 MP camera, the music play volume is very low. Even if we keep the ring tone volume in high we are not able to hear the riging volume is too low. I want the company to rectify and give the entire issues.

Totally agree. The service at sony ericsson centres is the worst I've ever faced across products and services. No one is even bothered, let alone being sympathetic to the customer.
Would never ever recommend a Sony Ericsson to a friend now!
